i-dle’s image leans a lot on the idea that they’re a self-produced group and Soyeon especially gets a lot of reputation for writing and producing their songs but the credits for almost every popular song, like Queencard, Tomboy, Wife, Good Thing, Nxde, Allergy, Super Lady, Fate, Revenge there's always these names credited: Daily, Likey and Pop Time what do we know about these people? and what role do they really play in the process? I’m not saying Soyeon isn’t talented because she clearly is and we can see her involved in vocal direction during behind videos she is talented and knows what she’s doing but I was thinking if her involvement in the songwriting and production side is maybe a bit overstated like part of how the group’s been marketed rather than the full picture submitted by /u/MeonEverglow [link] [comments]

I am really struggling with what I have seen in recent years with bts. Their music is still great, but I feel once they got their money and fandom they've changed. Tae has recently collabed with yet another boycotted item (save your opinions on that) and it just reminds me of how they used to be so careful with who they worked with, avoiding anything with controversy. They've now worked with openly Islamophobic people, iofs, and men who've been accused of SA. It seems they don't care at all now they have a fanbase who would even defend fascism for them. Am I alone in this? I don't want to lose hope, I still want to believe they're still the same people who once preached about love and speaking up when things aren't right. submitted by /u/PretentiousTuna [link] [comments]

Sono alla ricerca di nuove canzoni kpop meno famose ma che considerate tra le vostre preferite, sto cercando di ampliare la mia playlist di "canzoni kpop preferite". Even though they had teased the song they were performing, I never expected them to stay so close to the original with all the skinship and everything!! Like having a 4th + 5th gen collab stage with a Troublemaker song is crazy to me but I'm SO happy they decided to do it. The concept was perfect for the two of them and their voices really suited the song as well, it was just a complete 10/10 performance to me. Hao and Yuqi worked SO well together, I feel like I need 10 more collab stages with the two of them or better, make them a co-ed group. Performance Link submitted by /u/outrodahlia [link] [comments]

Mine was POP/STARS by K/DA. My sister introduced me to it in like 2019. I wish Riot picked the group up again but they’re probably busy with Arcane, valorant and other things. submitted by /u/EnniPumpkin [link] [comments]
As the title says; when your favorite group has a repackage do you just listen to the new songs or the remixes or do you listen to the whole album? Same with the japanese releases, do you listen to the japanese versions of their korean title tracks or just the original japanese songs. submitted by /u/jdpm1991 [link] [comments]
In the recent times of Blackpink members going solo, which member do you think has established themselves as the most successful soloist in Korea as well as in the Western industry? For me it's Jennie, from head lining coachella to Like Jennie success.. it's Jennie Go ahead and tell me your thoughts about it. submitted by /u/princess_bella- [link] [comments]
I know I do, because if I don't I feel really bad about wasting money on things I don't use.I bought those albums because I love the music but sometimes I want to listen to different things so I just force myself in some way submitted by /u/GeorgeParisol [link] [comments]

so we all know the zip daesung right?about 1-3 days ago, daesung got a bunch of hate comments because he APPARENTLY blurred T.O.Ps face out because in korea if ur blur someone’s face out apparently it means you see them as a criminal, but if u crop someone out, that’s respecting there boundaries. i just wanna make clear, first of all the people who edit zip daesung is NOT daesung, that’s his staff, and second off i do not understand why daesung is getting the hate!!!! i know Daesung does not see T.O.P as a criminal as there close bond for 17 years since 2006, he was literally getting emotional while singing in bigbangs last dance concert because he was worried about T.O.P and he was not there it was only the other four. also daesungs getting hate for daesungs STAFF liking shorts on youtube about T.O.P being a apparent “scary criminal” again. daesungs staff needs to be apologising idk why some of you think it should be daesung apologising? what do u think about this? submitted by /u/taeyangglazer [link] [comments]
