For me, for the last months i've been obsessed with three songs; Like that by babymonster I can't stop me by Twice Dopamine by Giselle Idk why but like that's been living in my head rent free, it's the only thing that makes me happy these days, i can't go on a day without listening to it at least 5-10 times. Each song should be assigned a score between 1 to 10. Decimals up to one point are allowed but any further is a no-no – 6.9 is fine, but 6.99 is not. You can use ONE 0 and ONE 11 for the entirety of the rate, for your least favorite and most favorite song respectively - they are optional but HIGHLY encouraged if you feel some type of way about any given song! Do you think it's worth it to debut under company that doesn't have any successful groups? Yesterday I checked aporox. amounts of groups that debuted in every generation. To be honest numbers shocked me like over 400 groups from 3rd gen the same over 400 with 4th gen. Why do you think young artists decides to go for unknown agencies? If it's JYP, Hybe, SM or YG people will hear about new groups easily but other then that I can't name many companies that actually can debut and promote successful artists maybe WAKEONE Ent. (Kep1er) or KQ Ent. (Ateez). Do you think there is some shady things going on with less known companies? For example kids are being tricked into believing that they will be successful idols but cmpanies instead wants to put them in debt and get money form small amounts of fans that they will attract? Okay, let’s talk about this. I’m not even talking about the psycho sasaeng fans who send threats I’m talking about those stans who act like they’re so chill and "nontoxic" but are clearly faking it. Like, the minute an idol dating rumor drops, they go from "forget him, I want her" or "omg she’s our girlfriend now!" to pretending they’re cool with it when we all know they're dying inside. Like let’s be honest for a second. I’m straight, but for someone like Lalisa? Yeah, I was ready to throw my whole life away for her. Then the Frédéric Arnault dating rumors popped up and I legit wanted to evaporate. My queen??? With the son of a luxury brand CEO?? I couldn’t even process it. And don’t even get me started on when she was seen with Adam from Maroon 5. I couldn’t even watch the music video, I had to go listen on Spotify with my screen turned off like a clown. Now it’s happening again. Billie Eilish is apparently taken and I’m supposed to just smile and be supportive? No. I’m gonna sit here and grieve in silence like any normal delusional fan. Stop expecting people to be all mature and clap like we’re proud moms at a wedding. Sometimes we just wanna cry. Let’s normalize being a little bit dramatic when our fave starts dating, without pretending we’re totally okay and suddenly “in love” with their partner. You don’t need to start shipping them. You don’t need to act like it’s the best news ever. It’s okay to be in your feelings about it as long as you’re not being weird or sending hate. Just stop faking it. I've been active in kpop spaces since 2021 and a fan since 2019 but I swear to god I've never seen even this community reach these levels of toxicity. Yes,the kpop community has always been toxic,that's not news but I feel like it became completely intolerable since last year. We're at a point where everyone absolutely loathes anyone who isn't their favorite group,any public move an idol makes,especially a woman who belongs in a group the kpop community currently dislikes launches a year long hate campaign and it feels like you can't enjoy kpop anymore unless you completely distance yourself from the kpop community ala no internet access. I damn myself for not having left kpop spaces yet but someday I want to go back to the way I enjoyed kpop in 2019 and 2020. Maybe it's just me, but I am so tired of idols, whether these are solo artist or groups, announcing their tour dates like 2 months in advance. It gives people so little time to prepare. Especially if you live so far away to the CLOSEST venue. Not only are you fighting over concert tickets for MAYBE a good view, but then you would have to consider how you're getting there, where to stay, and how much money you would need to save up. As an adult, sure you may have adult money, but we also have bills to pay. How can we prep with so little time in advance to save for the event? And what about kids who are into kpop? Like, you would have to get a group together, convince your parents to take off and take you, etc. This really first started it when Taemin announced his Ephermal Gaze tour like with only 2 months from the date in New York??? Really??? And now, with G-Dragon FINALLY announcing his U.S./ Europe part of his tour which doesn't start until August??? These were 2 idols that I wanted to see so badly (got into kpop in the 2nd gen back in 2010), and it annoys me so much that these companies don't give fans that much time to prepare for these tours. I know some of you might be confused as to why I put "again" but before RUNEXT and hybe she was in another group and like 4iren hasn't debuted yet. Jihyun was a member of HOWZ it was going to be a girl group under HOW Entertainment the same company as Wang Ke (produce48) was in. Jihyun was the youngest in HOWZ and HOWZ didn't debut the group went radio silent which left us fans wondering for a long time if they did disband. The last updates was in September 2020. Now Jihyun didn't debut or win a spot in illit after RUNEXT she is now a member of 4iren which has been radio silent too and one person on kprofiles commented on siren's profile 'Rip 4IREN' I do admit when I saw Jihyun on RUNEXT I was surprised and a part of me did hope she would of debuted or gotten a good rank in the show.
