I have an aespa tattoo on my ankle, and 4 of my piercings were inspired by NCT members! submitted by /u/Crafty_Valuable_6970 [link] [comments]
I added leisure and fun tag because I don't want this to turn into a warzone. What's an idol(s) that you don't like for the most silliest reason? I'll start with one: Eun-woo. I dated a guy in college that looked exactly like him and he broke my heart. This could be the main reason why I never got into ASTRO. I don't want to see my ex's doppelgänger! submitted by /u/diveintomysoul [link] [comments]

Okay.. So I am an English teacher at a Korean-owned language school . well we will have like an activity about Korea i think (?) where we need to dance. So my plan was to dance to Kpop songs, but like the songs should be from 1st to 5th gen. like a time travel concept. Just 1~2 iconic songs per generation and it would be helpful of they are easy to be learned by my workmates because some of them are not into Kpop and some are a little not so from the generation now. Please help meeee. 🙏🏻 thanks in advance. submitted by /u/gpptls____790701 [link] [comments]

Hi everyone! 🌙 I’m a beginner at both singing and learning Korean, but I really love IU and wanted to try covering Dear Moon. I know it’s not perfect, and I recorded this with basic equipment, but I’d love honest feedback—on both my singing and Korean pronunciation. Thanks for listening, and feel free to give any tips or suggestions! 💜 submitted by /u/esssaa_a [link] [comments]
What in your opinion are the worst hairstyles your biases have ever rocked, can be styles, cut or color... and not the obvious ones like RMs ice cream whip 😆 Just ones you didn't vibe with... submitted by /u/Simple-Baseball3819 [link] [comments]

I don't know if I forgive kiss of life because yeah they didn't apology but the first apology it wasn't really like genuine I don't feel like feel like they do that to boost their falling to get like a bad like try to cover up their mistake. Especially the company's apology because the company Like the apology was so Bland There was no Like the the apologize yeah like I want it from the group not from the company that I want the company being the one to apologize even if the company apologizing apology was Bland it was it was not good and it like Target the specific Groups that were offended by the Situation. And I think Julie went on live and she like Apologize like the groups I don't want yes it was Julie that organized that understand that it was her birthday this that is that she just accountability but I want everybody there to take accountability. All of the members of Kiss of Life because it's not just Julie that said oh guys like I would understand if I would accept apology from Julie if like it was only Julie that did it other than members dressed in normal fashion like it could be anything else but Julie's the only one that did the hip-hop thing like I understand that. But all of them must have agreed to do that Birthday party theme So We need all of them like a group to like say oh we're sorry we're truly sorry I feel like Julie is the only one that said that because she's I think she's the leader or something and they're having a new comeback I don't know guys it's just like a little iffy feeling. submitted by /u/Select-Bathroom7641 [link] [comments]
I saw a tweet talking about how armys can be toxic and then I look further to the replies and quotes and this is what I see… I don’t understand where all this hate for multis comes from. People on Twitter literally act as if the world multi is a slur. Being a multi literally makes you subhuman in their eyes. It’s not even like this is a small part of the fandom either because it’s generally recognised amongst the fandom that multis are the “worst”. They will get thousands of replies agreeing with them and calling multis all kinds of names/slurs. The ironic thing is that they’re saying all these things in response to someone saying armys are toxic. Way to prove things. I am an army but I do believe that a large part (not all) of the fandom is very toxic. Now I know that people hate when others say “I am an army but…/this is coming from an army…” but what can I do this is the truth. Now this does not mean other fandoms are not toxic. They very much are. Fans will often use this to defend the toxicity of their own fandom. But that makes absolutely no sense. Pointing out the toxicity of army doesn’t negate the toxicity of others. People need to stop assuming it does. Anyways this is a rant because I just came across this and it genuinely pisses me off. There’s nothing I can even do about this because these people will continue being extremely toxic and validate each others’ behaviour. It’s genuinely cult-like. How did it even get to the point where thousands of people actually think like this? I hope something can be done to improve fandoms/ online spaces because it’s genuinely horrible to be in. Obviously the best solution is to stay off of Twitter which I try to do but it’s hard because it gives the best updates. And trust me I try to block people as much as I can. I think I have half the fandom blocked at this point. The only thing that would help is if bts themselves call out some of these fans’ behaviour. But knowing these people I’m sure they’d still find a way to delude themselves otherwise. I mean I’ve literally seen people say “insert bts member is nice but I’m not” before. If there’s anyone that’s been in k-pop/army spaces for long time I would love to hear about what your experience was like in the earlier days. Was it just as toxic before? Did people spout the same kind of rhetoric? If you’ve made it this far thank you for listening to my rambling🫶🏼 submitted by /u/Odd_Doughnut_4284 [link] [comments]

Jung Hoseok, most commonly known as J-Hope of BTS, just recently killed all Armys. Other than celebrating that in one day they will all be complete, it’s a celebration that Army is back. Just listen to that loud fan chant. Putting that aside, there are so many amazing performances by so many amazing artists recently. I would love for you to link some of them so we can celebrate music and the reason why we love kpop. submitted by /u/Mozart-Luna-Echo [link] [comments]

I’ve been thinking about this for a while, but it really hit me recently watching some of his interviews and variety content: Has anyone else felt like Sunoo has been slowly coming out to us—especially in 2025? It’s always kind of been one of those unspoken things, like “yeah, we know,” but because of how conservative South Korea still is, he obviously can’t just come out and say it. That said, I really feel like he’s been gently stepping more into his truth, in ways that feel both intentional and deeply personal. And it’s been beautiful to witness. In multiple video interviews, Sunoo has highlighted Troye Sivan and Lady Gaga as major musical influences. Both artists are celebrated queer icons—Troye as an openly gay singer, and Gaga for her strong LGBTQ+ advocacy. These aren’t random names—they’re powerful figures in queer music and culture. It just felt like a soft nod, like he was saying, “I see you” and maybe even “I see myself in them.” He's also been stepping more into himself this year, trying new looks, but still staying true to his image. It’s not just about fashion or a music taste—it’s how comfortable he seems now compared to earlier years. The way he interacts with fans, how he speaks about himself, his body language... something’s shifted. His graceful posture, playful facial expressions, hand gestures, and his ease with "feminine" aesthetics. It’s not just because he’s ‘femme’—that doesn’t automatically mean gay. It’s about the freedom he seems to feel in not conforming. The interpretation isn’t just "he’s sassy so he must be gay," but rather "he doesn’t suppress traits many queer people are taught to hide." When it comes to his stage presence, Sunoo delivers with a kind of fluid confidence that doesn’t feel like he’s "acting sexy" for women—he just is. Compared to other idols who seem to perform a "straight flirt" persona, his delivery feels more authentically expressive and not gender-targeted. He tends to choose outfits that defy masculinity norms even in casual content. He often gravitates toward melancholy, emotional, or gender-neutral songs during karaoke or challenges. Also, his voice. He speaks in that higher, softer, almost sugary tone many gay men do. To be clear: I’m not trying to “out” him or make definitive claims. If Sunoo is queer, that’s for him to share on his terms. But I do think we’re seeing something real: a young person navigating a conservative culture, a public spotlight, and still finding ways to quietly assert who he is. If he is slowly coming out in his own way, I hope he knows how many of us see him, support him, and are proud of him. Thoughts? Have you noticed any other moments that felt like this too? submitted by /u/Fun_Permission1464 [link] [comments]
