Heyy Before you cancel me: I’m a stay and I just wanted to talk about how skz‘s mv style has changed in their latest music videos. This is just my personal opinion, and I’m not here to hate on skz by any means, I still love them and this is just some stuff I observed and wanted to have other peoples opinions on! Alright, so what I’ve been noticing lately is that stray kids mv’s are really really into a lot of extra effects and also lots of cgi! (I think the biggest examples would be Giant, ceremony and now bleep) For some people this is a good thing, and for others it can be a bit off putting! personally I feel like the balance between cool video effects and cgi has been a bit too much and outweighed the rest of the clips in the mv’s. It’s kinda of hard to focus on the members when there’s so much going on! I feel like ceremony did get away with it pretty well, but videos like giant and bleep were a bit too overwhelming where I felt like I was seeing more cgi and effects than the actual idols (especially cgi!). Did you guys also notice this, and what do you think about it? I feel like it’s good that they are experimenting with their mv’s and trying out new things but sometimes it’s just too overwhelming or somethings the cgi just looks funnyy Im still gonna support them as I love their music, and the mv’s are still cool and have really awesome transitions (bleeps transitions are so cool!!) and that’s it, thank you for reading!
